What we collect

Right now, the only personal information this site collects is the email address you give us if you join the Guest List. When you submit it, we also record the moment you submitted it and a fixed internal tag noting it came from this site's Guest List form.

We do not collect your name, phone number, date of birth, location, or any dating or relationship preferences through this form — and nothing else on this site (browsing the demo rooms, viewing profiles, trying WORTH THE RISK/CONNECT/NOT ON YOUR LIFE) sends any information anywhere. Those are local, in-browser demo interactions only.

Why we collect it

Solely so we can let you know when Halo & Havoc opens in your city, and to send occasional prelaunch updates before then. Submitting your email on the Guest List form is how you agree to receive those — see the consent line next to that form.

We don't sell your email, and we don't share it with unrelated XEVREL TECH products or with third parties for their own marketing.

The dating service isn't live yet

Halo & Havoc is not yet an operating dating or social platform. Joining the Guest List does not create a member account, a match, a conversation, or a verified profile — it only adds your email to a prelaunch contact list.

Everyone you see across this demo — David, Maya, Jasmine, London, the crowds in The Floor and the Booths, every room, message, and profile — is fictional demo content, built to show what the product will feel like. None of it depicts a real Halo & Havoc member, because there are no real members yet.

How long we keep it, and how to have it removed

We keep your email for as long as we're using it to send prelaunch and launch updates — until you ask us to remove it, or until Halo & Havoc formally launches and this page is replaced by the live service's own privacy policy, whichever comes first.

To have your email removed before then, reply to any Halo & Havoc update email you receive and ask us to remove it.

What this page isn't

This is a plain description of current practice, not a certification of compliance with any specific privacy law or regulatory framework, and not a promise about how the future live service will handle account, profile, or verification data — that deserves, and will get, its own dedicated policy once that service actually exists.
